Support Group Facilitator, Plume (Sep 2021 - Current)

• Facilitated workshops for over 250 clients to promote behavioral health education, instill leadership skills and reduce social isolation.
• Provided education on Plume services and engaged large groups of clients in behavioral health interventions, activities and special events via the Zoom platform.
• Developed behavioral health curriculum to better serve Plume members in collaboration with Program Manager and Director of Behavioral Health, resulting in a 10% increase in client retention.
